Mountview Property Owners Association is a private waterfront community located in Freedom, NH on Ossipee Lake. Mountview is located directly across the street from the Freedom town forest with miles of hiking, walking and snowmobiling, and is on the doorstep of the White Mountains and Mount Washington Valley.

Amenities for Mountview Residents

Mountview residents can visit the private, sandy beach with sweeping views up and down the lake, and facing the Ossipee Range and Mount Shaw (2990′). A shaded picnic area sits lakeside among the tall trees, full of tables and grills. Golf cart parking is right at the beach, near the playground. Moorings are available by lottery, and the boat launch and dock make it easy to drop your boat in and spend the day on the lake. Canoe and kayak racks are close to the water, making it easy to launch and explore around the lake and adjoining bays. Tennis and basketball courts are available for a game or two.
